Description

CLOUD is a set of side tables revealing the aesthetics of the growth of a tree. Inspired by the traditional making of wood shingles, using an axe to split the wood, a natural surface is formed according to the wood fibres‘ twisting growth. Following up with a hand-brushing technique, a strong tactile texture is created, showing the beauty hidden in nature.
ALTER NATURE is a complementary collection of wooden vases. Additionally following up with a unique duotone colour ink dyeing technique enhances the depth of the texture.
