Description

How can the granulat of recycled bottle corks be given a new shape with simple forms? The resulting element makes use of the natural material characteristics of cork and uses them effectively to function in the system. The shape of the single element - inspired by the classic brick - considers the origin in many ways. The resulting brick can be assambled into a wall by adding mortar in form of round rods. This makes the system „wall“ change- and malleable - without demolition, without rubble.
