Description

Italic is a chair. The design arises from the concept of creating an aesthetic through the complex composition of simple shapes. The chair is made of three different rectangular wooden boards of different sizes. Wood dowels connect these at different angles. Depending on the perspective, the one-dimensionality of the boards establishes a diverse and abstract interaction of different shapes.
