Description

LUDO is a hybrid between side table and play furniture. Modifiable with a flick of the wrist, every 90-degree turn offers an other interaction. The project addresses the tendency to strictly separate kids spaces from adult living areas whereas they constantly intertwine. Therefore, LUDO aims to be appealing to the whole family alike in both, its function and aesthetics. It consists of an outer and scaled inner shell made from molded plywood, which can be produced in only one pressing process.
