Olba ceramics preserves food by understanding their differences and how to treat them outside of the fridge. It keeps produce and bread fresh for longer by offering an alternative storing product that reduces waste. To store produce and bread, 3 different stackable ceramic compartments are each dedicated to a food group requiring the same storing environment. Produce and bread were clustered into 3 categories that require 3 different storage conditions to ensure a longer life span and freshness.
