Salé is a set of tableware for serving oysters and caviar. Rough, smooth, gleaming, matte and grainy surfaces recalling the sea bear witness to the origin of these luxurious delicacies. The set includes plates of unglazed black porcelain, a glass serving bowl and caviar spoons as well as serviettes and glasses for the vodka that traditionally accompanies the caviar.
