Description

The focus of the design lies on the architectural, formal and spatial integration into the new exhibition hall at the Kunsthochschule Kassel. The challenge was to develop a suitable and space-efficient solution, due to the limited storage space within the hall. The folding chair enhances the space with its mobile design, graphic appearance and complementary materiality. The joint is discreetly embedded in the chair. Thanks to the single axis, the chair can be easily set up and stowed away. The slim dimensions allow it to be stored by hanging on the wall or standing upright to save space.
