Description

This rug draws the focus back to the floor, transforming it into an interactive area for lying down. Just like at the beach, you can sink into the floor, feel it, change it and move it with your hands and body. A hand woven and knotted surface forms the first layer, which looks like a cartographic landscape, created by different colours and different types of wool. Beneath this layer is a second one filled with styrofoam beads which supports the deformability and softness of the rug.
