We take you to Milan! Congratulations to moritz__walter and m__miclle on NOMAD – solar lamp. Moritz Walter and Michelle Müller are graduates of kunsthochschuleberlin and one of this year’s winners. The NOMAD d– solar lamp will be exhibited in an exclusive exhibition in Milan at the same time as the isaloniofficial. We are looking forward to it!

NOMAD is a portable lamp that rethinks solar charging for indoor use. Turning the ambient luminaire over switches between the two modes: solar charging and ambient lighting. This new routine of solar charging is supported by a subtle LED display on the bar, which visualizes the light quality in a room. By moving around, the solar potential of a room can be explored. As an autonomous object, Nomad uses solar energy, a sustainable resource, and makes it usable on a small scale for indoor use.
